A little bit more about Lunabud's fiber obsession and a few other fun tid bits......

Are you wondering where the name Lunabud came from? Almost 15 years ago Lunabud bought her first computer and logged on to the internet, but what name could she use for email that actually meant something? Some how using a real name with a sequence of numbers just did not feel right, nor did names of flowers, places or things. Lunabud was stumped until she looked down at her two puppies, Luna and Buddy who were lounging in a jumble under the desk. How could she not use the furry pals who loved Lunabud more than anything in the world:) Buddy and Luna are no longer with us, but their memory will always live on not just in heart, but the shop name:)

The person behind the name 'Lunabud' is Stephanie Stratton and I am so darn relieved to be at the end this page and of speaking in second person. So let me tell you a little bit about myself...

I am an absolute fiber junkie, whether it be camel (my fav), alpaca, silk, mohair, wool, soy silk, wild grasses, glitz, flax, hemp, and the list goes on. I have tried more than my fair share of artsy fartsys, but Fiber is the one medium I have come to adore above all others. From greasy fleeces to combed tops, I just can not seem to find a fiber I do not like.
